my positive thought for the day... when i think about the 7 pounds i have lost, i will think what 7 pounds of hamburger looks like. :) i wish it were more, but am glad for what i have lost and will keep at it! trying to get my family to do this with me! :) DRINK MY WATER! we can do this!
