Feeling a little better than I was earlier today. Still on track with food intake, though my other trouble time with eating is right around 4ish. Also, I am wondering if I shouldn't have had the snack I did. Thinking back it may have been giving in to boredom eating. I just need to be careful about when I eat again and not go over.
