A good friend told me that "you need to start loving yourself" no matter what the scale says at the moment, because if you can't love yourself now you will not be able to love yourself when you've reached your goal weight.Weight has been a struggle for me since I can remember. From making myself sick after each meal and drinking 10 diet pills a day, name it and I've tried it, one diet after the next.Even tough I've gained weight, I'm feeling good and happy with myself. One day at a time to loving myself. No diet, just healthy eating, walking lunch time instead of just sitting and running around with the kids and having fun. I'm working on a healthy, happy me... One day at a time
