Day 35- I am getting to that point that I hit a wall, it has been 7-8 yrs sense I have been 214. Back then I would get to 212-214 and stall. The lowest I can remember is 210, but I did not stay there long. BTW, I was doing the Atkins diet back then. I also have to figure out how to get rid of my gut... everything I read/hear says crunches are not the way.......plus I hate them, always have, even back when I was a 'hardbody' in HS.
