What diet for me?
There are so many diets out there that I just don't know what to go. My sis SWEARS by the no-carbs rule but my problem is that I don't know if I can live in a world without carbs. I work out 4 times a week for 1-2 hrs and I'm not losing a thing so obviously I'm stuffing my face with the wrong things.
In fact, I got very lazy the last four weeks (mentally excusing bad eating since I was exercising) and put on 5lbs. I need help!

Low carb diets are not about deprivation, but about choices. Read the books by the original authors and decide for yourself. Good luck! :)
