so, still 8 pounds down, but 5.5 inches lost over all and my fat clothes are fitting looser. staying with it! posting my photo, as i enjoy "seeing" my buddies, so they can see me. HI!

Awwww, thanks, Buffy! Totally! And being able to tie my shoes, even without unbuttoning my jeans!! LOL that was a wonderful thing! Some day when I lose the weight, I might post my "before" full length photos... When I have some decent "after" photos. I think looking at people's before and after photos is so inspiring to me to stay the course. And there are some wonderful people on here! I appreciate all the buddy adds!
