Slept well. Up at 6:30 to go out to the spa to exercise. Went to the Y about 11am and did 1hr. on the nustepper and burned 175 a lorises the to aldi's and the to doctors for regular visit. No problems noted by md. Then to cvs and home. Will talk to Elouise later.
