I used the ketostix and finally the color changed! Which is very exciting!! I know many people say/believe they arnt important but they are to me and to many others.

I know there have a few fights between Usemyotheraddy and some other members, but she offered her help to me without question, took me on and helped me revise my diet, day to day.I went 2 months with no change and after just a few days with her help, im seeing the results!!

A special thanks to her!! I finally feel like I can do this, and don't want to give up. Thank you for working with me!!

I'm not on Atkins, but I use the stix occasionally to check myself, viewed your diet calendar thing, you would probably lose a little faster if you up your protein and lower you fat a little, you want about 30% protein and you can adjust your fat accordingly, this well help along with figuring out which things you are eating is keeping you out of ketosis.

Also just thought of this, are you taking in any Gluten in this diet, and there may be a possibility that you are lactose intolerant and just don't know it. Most of the world is. If you are you will probably not lose too much weight taking in the cheeses and what not. Good Luck
