My sleep really messes with my eating times 🙁

It reminds me of waffles with nutella, banana and caramel including ice cream on a side. Amazing!

use half banana and add 3 egg white omlette into your slices(less carb and more lean protein)

I`ve never done waffle myself. Do I need to add flour? Maybe almond flour would work as well?

@Mal321 Yeah almond or peanut butter both are good option but use only 1 table spoon of it, otherwise too much fat are there
