Woohooo!!! Lost 2 pounds and another inch off my waist for a total of 3 inches! Down to 42" from 45"! Hoping the stall is over and thanks to that and the encouragement, am ready to keep at it, and drink more water and add more exercise!

Hey that's awesome!!! WHOOO HOOO! just remember, if you are going to follow atkins, there is nothing like actually 'following' it. Read, and re-read the Induction do's and don'ts and only eat what is on the Induction Foods List to start. Most people I have found just slightly vary their way of eating ... but it's enough to throw off letting the atkins way of eating actually work for you. And sugar free, and artificial sweetners TOTALLY impact some people, so nothing is a free ride. If you stall or slow down again, take a good look at if anything has snuck into your eating that could be a clue. Great job!!!
