Was craving protein and feeling weak, yesterday. Tried to stay alert with coffee but got jittery and very wound up in evening. Drank too much and ate a huge steak. Feel crummy, today. I can still taste the beef.

Definitely need to keep the coffee to no more than one cup per day. If I drink more, I don't sleep well, and then I eat and drink too much.
