239.4 today, probably from my cheat day/brunch extravaganza.
Had a good time at Brunch. It was a weird mix of people. Expats from all over. It was fun though. I got out and danced with my wife for a few moments, and we had a good time. Paid for it the next few days. Boy, hangovers make you crave junk food big time. I guess you have to pay if you want to play.
Brunch was over indulgence, i had a lot of cocktails with juice, so many many calories. Not much food though. Came home and had McDonald delivery. Then yesterday during recovery phase we ate more junk food, including ice cream! Oh well, today I am back on the program. I also did not drink much water, just soda (diet) yesterday. I need my water today.
My foot is doing ok. I already walked a mile and a half with the wife today. Over 30 minutes. It hurts a little, mainly around the ankle. I can feel the muscles building back up in my calves, and my ankle. So I hope it keeps improving. I also notice a bit more "spring" in my step. I have to arrange more PT sessions. Work has been so busy I have not gone in a week
Going to make a good dinner later, healthy and all. Back to a routine! Yay.
