I am still new to this so I'm still trying to figures some things out.

I am currently 230lb and my goal is to get to 150lbs...

I am looking for any buddies who can help motivate me because I know I am going to need it, and I will try my best to do the same. :)

Hey how are you? it is hard to get motivated sometimes, but i guess i just think about how I will feel when i finally lose the weight. Honestly i have been trying to lose weight for the past 6 years, but this year for some reason something in my brain said I'm serious this time and i am just doing it!! You can do it!! One tip that i have is take photos of your self and post them in a place where you can see them daily. do it every 30 days. It is sometimes hard to see the the progress and stay motivated, this is a sure way to see it with your own eyes!!! KEEP IT GOING AND GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks for your motivation! I too have been trying lose weight for awhile, I haven't been 150 since right after I had my 15 year daughter then about 8 years ago I hit the over 200 mark and haven't been able to get below it... It is really a struggle! I am really going to give it my all this time.... it's sad when your 6 year old says mommy I cant put my arms all the way around you because your too fat....Thanks again!
