I felt hungry or driven to eat yesterday. Was I hungry or thirsty? Then before bed, I ate a whole can of olives. =} I love salt, I take a pinch of Celtic salt throughout my days since beginning lchf. Didn't do as much yesterday. Not as much water either. Today made bacon (salt),ate 6 pieces, with cream cheese and jalepeno. Good. Scared myself when I liked at how much protein. I went up 1.5 pounds overnight. Just salt? I didn't record it, yes, disappointed. But I'll record it. Yesterday I didn't record as I went. Tried Just eating with the ground rules. I don't really know if I'm allergic to dairy. Don't think so. ..don't know. Anyway, here's to another interesting, instructive day. Off to record slight up on scale.
