My goal at the moment is to lose around 75 lbs. For the next week, I'm going to eat healthy. Unlimited fruits and vegetables, 2 starches a day, small portions of meat, and little to no dairy or sugar. After that week is up, I'm going to eat only fruits and vegetables for the next week. When that week is up, I'm going to begin my juice fast. I'm going to start out with a goal of juice fasting for 30 days but I hope to continue onto 60.
