not recording my food intake as much. That seems to really work. Gotta get on the ball better. Also, haven't been going to the gym. Last week was because I got a nasty bug from somewhere. Just recovering. Now I got to practice, practice, practice due to a martial arts qualifier that I have on the 25th. Thankfully, that'll keep me going. Wish me luck!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
