Day 45- Another day on the road with my boss, did OK with cals, but up from my norm. Did, I mention he likes to drink and is one of those guys will buy a beer for you, even when you don’t ask for one. I was lucky and was able to get away with just one tonight. On another note, I has really slowed down on the lb loss. I am really starting to hit the 210-213 wall…… maybe a higher intake will spur something?
