Not much weight loss this week. That's ok, I knew it was coming. I ate a lot of pizza this past week. Also had wine. But did stay within calorie range. Just goes to show that you have to eat healthy, not just keep your calories down. :( I will try harder this week. I want to see the 140s, but probably not until March now.
