Well movin on up! The next level of running was fun last night, but oh so sore this morning! I think today will be a slow day, possible walk, maybe bike ride later, but definately an "off" day for running. Wow. That was fun. Getting closer to my goal of being able to run for 30 min straight! So excited. And never felt better. :)
