Clearly i need to ride the bike more than once a week LOL. I just tried doing my step workout i made it almost half-way without too much pain, the bike will be later today. My work schedule is changing a bit so I get off an hour earlier 4 days a week and then come in for a half day on Friday instead of 4 10 hour days maybe i'll have a little more energy at night to do a bike ride, hope so.
