Stayed up and read until 5am and then slept until about1:30. Felt fine but sure not my normal pattern....but I didn't eat breakfast or lunch and stayed good at supper, plan on nothing after nine so that would be av16hour fast. Angie called about 1 and had slept in also as after working all day yesterday she went back out after supper to a local plant and stripped and waxed all the floors, good thing she's younger as I sure couldn't do it. Will call Eloise later
