Running with my 3 yr old in stroller and 7 yr old and 6 yr old on scooters. This is my solution to not having a chance to get to gym or be alone. HA! No more excuses. It is working. :)

haha that sounds like me I went to a walk today with a 11 month old in the stroller, twin 4 yr olds in a wagon hooked to the stroller with a ratchet strap and a 5 yr old on the only bike with training wheels...I looked like a convoy going down the street!!

That's awesome! Teaching your kids healthy habits. Making it fun to exercise. They will love you for it.

That's great! Your kids have fun on their scooters and also are getting a work out with you. I agree with Losin25. Making exercise fun for your kids is a great habit to get them into. Better than letting them watch tv and play games all day that's for sure.
