Haven't been keeping my food diary, but watching what I eat and weighing dailly. Still need to drink more water!!! Every day. Had a recent death in the family, and work has been stressful, so using that as an excuse not to record my food. Ha! But if I get back up to 235, I have to go back to recording every bit. I promised myself that. Introduced 2 coworkers to one of my favorite "new" veggies, cooked cauliflower with butter and mixed up salt.

Tried a new vanilla protein shake mix today in my MIM... Instead of the cheaper drugstore.com one with soy (was thinking its probably GMO soy) and partially hydrogenated oils or fats (not good for you), I tried Show Me The Whey, more expensive and with many amino acids - however the MIM tasted good, but was very dry comparatively with this shake mix compared to the cheaper soy one. Made the MIM with that and an egg and butter, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and a tablespoon of the whey stuff and a tablespoon of pumpkin. Maybe will try adding in sour cream and/or more butter.. The whey mix has stevia in it, so didn't add stevia or Splenda.

My clothes fitting better and better, my joints feel better and better, my energy is great, and I swear, my hair is less gray? Coloring it less often... Am I nuts or has anyone else noticed this?
