I could not fall asleep last night till about 3:45...alarm went off at 6 (there was some serious snooze buttoning going on) so no exercise for me again today. At my new job I do these seminars at night and they are going to be soooo hard on my diet cause I don't get home until 9 or so, so tonight I had toast with a little jelly (read somewhere that whole wheat toast is supposed to be a good thing to eat at night). I hope I get some sleep tonight...I should because I am so tired.
