Ughh... I know that I was expecting weight gain this time around but when I stepped on the scale I just wanted to cry. I can't believe I let my stress screw me this badly. I am totally getting back into gear. I do not want to gain all the weight back. I'm super bummed. I think it's time to start back working out or else I'm not going to get any better. Maybe yoga would be a good addition to my life?
