Well I didn't think it was possible but I reached the 130 mark and now I am CERTAIN I can make it to 128 if not 125. My bodyfat is down to 14%.
I can see a 4 pack...flexed just right I can see 6 but the last muscle segment below my belly button has this little layer of fat. My husband says I probably need to build those muscles up a bit more so they push through and really tighten up my diet to NO SUGAR OR BREAD. That may be too strict for me. Although I would like to see them once in my life. lol!
I want to get as low as possible before my surgery bcz that will add at least 3 lbs in silicone. EEESH...all that work to get into the 120's and poof. Oh well, it's SO worth it!
