Didn't workout on Saturday, but hubby and I managed to workout tonight. I just finished walking on the treadmill. Here are my stats:
Time: 45 min. 37 sec. Distance: 2.5 miles Incline: 6.5 all the way through Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.6., 3.7, 3.8, 4 mph Burned: Calories: 424 Fat Cals: 132
I need to stay on track this week and work harder. I'm tired of my weight fluctuating. I really need to watch what I eat and use that will power!
Goals this week:
1.) Visalus shakes 2x daily 2.) Healthy dinner at least 4 days this week. 3.) Workout at least once a day for 5 days. (2x a day if possible)
