You're right Shelly... Material things are not as important as the people in your life! Make the most of every moment girl since none of know when it'll be our last! Portion Control is a wonderful idea. I've decided that I'm gonna do fruits & vegetables that day (no meat) since I tend to stuff my face! Maybe it won't do too much harm. I'm making a fruit salad (no can stuff) and I'm making a broccoli salad. Since I love those two things... I'm gonna fill up on them and when I am full, I'm gonna cut myself off and make it a point to enjoy the time I have w/ my family... OUT of the kitchen of course, LOL.
