Feeling a little frustrated to be stuck again. This seems to be the way it always goes for me. I don't want to reduce my calories any lower than 1400 per day. Eating less than that and I get cranky and confused. I just don't understand why my body is always stalling.

I had no idea how long plateau's last! I stalled for almost three weeks. Hated it! What did help is to remind myself that the scale would catch up as long as I continued to do the work. It can not be all about the numbers for me. I finually feel like the changes I'm making are lasting and becoming second nature for me. That is what I wanted. Lifestyle changes. I agree with you about not lowering your calories. Keep up your healthy eating habits and exercising. It will work out. Keep the faith!

Thank you Honestly. I agree that the changes I've made to healthy habits are more like second nature. In fact when offered or faced with poor choices I don't even feel tempted anymore. Just have to be patient , I guess, for the scale to agree.

Don't worry about the scale, focus on how you feel and how beautiful you are!

I plateaued for 2.5 months. The whole time I was still losing body fat and inches. I have a fat monitor and I took my measurements. In fact, I really lost a LOT of inches during that time when I didn't lose but .4 pounds. The scale isn't the only judge of your progress. How do your clothes feel, how are you looking in the mirror?

Yeah that's the thing!! I look smaller and my size 6's fit not with no belly hanging out. So I guess I need to make peace with the scale and be happy with the visual progress....like arm definition and smaller jeans :)
