it is a new month.... trying again with around 1200 calories a day. was able to lose another pound or two this week so i am glad about that.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1200 is a good calorie to shoot for. That is what I have used as my base. It doesn't make you feel like you are starving yourself.
