This time of year can be very draining and stressful, you are not alone! It is easy to get burnt out on energy when there is so much to do so many days in a row. I suggest you just do one project at a time, do as much as you can or need to, then relax the rest of the day and recooperate! We need to recharge sometimes! If you have a lot to do, maybe you can get some help? From hubby, kids, or friends? Get to feeling better,and stay strong on your diet, you are making good progress.
