Well, today is my 3rd day and I was feeling very hungry for dinner. I made soup with chicken bone broth and chicken legs and chicken thighs. It was nurturing. It was perfect for the dark, damp, rainy day. I survived another day without bread which is my weakness. Even if it's gluten free, it's still high in carbs.
Oh well, health is more important than buttered toast. : )
