Today is the day. I have officially started the South Beach diet and it's not too bad so far but hey, I've only had one meal.

I am going to be weighing myself in the AM and I am going to be trying to work out at least 20 mins. (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD) a day, if not the elliptical. On Thursdays I do Zumba so that's a pretty high impact workout.

Any suggestions on how to stay motivated?
