Today was horrible - especially in regards to food. I don't even know how to log all the snacks and food I ate... so, I'm totally skipping it. Bad, bad me. I know, I know. I snacked on things here and there a little bit - nothing satisfied me. Then, I made a quick batch of brownies... and ate a little piece. Now I have a whole pan left that needs to get out of my house so I don't eat it all. Crap! :( I can't even say it wasn't good while it lasted... because it was damn good. Ahh, take that cravings. I'll kick your butt tomorrow - double workout and walking with my pup :)
Trying to stay more positive than I have been. Today was definitely a downhill ride, but tomorrow is a new day. I will continue this. I have made progress - and I refuse to let myself stop now.
