I am journaling my UNOFFICIAL weight gain of 3 pounds today; I will wait to try to change this on Sunday (OFFICIAL weigh in day)-This is a real test for me, to be able to turn around this gain into a loss-hopefully by Sunday, but if not THIS Sunday, then next. It's not that I have overeaten because of holiday time-I have gone over my calories generally....I learned that if I stay between averaging 1000-1100 calories per day, I will lose. Once I start with 1200 calorie days and up, I gain; I can't get away with more than 1 day of higher calories. It's so crappy now to have to wait for that number to go down, the number that goes up so quickly. So it IS about calories too (for me). Hope everyone had a merry Christmas......

I think it is awesome that this plan can teach us so much about our bodies and teach us what makes us gain! You are such a great example of really watching ourselves to see what triggers a gain. I am sure you can get those pounds off. Yeah for you! And you know, they say that 7 pounds or something like that, is the average that people gain through the Holiday season so you are WAY better than that AND your's will come right off! Bravo suqieq, BRAVO!

Wait and see, maybe it'll be alright! But everyone's (well a lot) are in the same boat, so don't you jump into the water, we can all make lose it again!

I am sooo very proud of you!! Susieq you have come leaps and bounds from where you were, your attitude is beautiful and I love the positive energy flowing from you! AWESOME! You'll do just fine, I have no worries, you WILL do it!

Just burn off a few more calories exercising this week and the lbs. will fall away again....you can do it!

You have done great. So be proud and keep on even when you gain. you have learned how to take it off. I just wish it was as easy as putting it on. But you have really stuck to it. Thats the big thing. The holidays are hard but you have done great so pat yourself on the back and be proud
