i'm using muscles i forgot that i had. but it's really nice to become leaner. which i'm deciding is more important than the weight. i'll never have the body i had years ago, but i can have a better one than i have had lately.

Great attitude. I agree, being as toned/fit as possible is a much better goal than lowering your weight to some arbitrary number :)
