AAAHHHH the holiday is killing me. So much for my will power. Man I suck at it. I did really good untill Christmas, then I lost it. I ate and ate and ate and ate. It felt good but now Im having a really hard time getting back on track. Once I cheated I kinda felt like I could eat whatever I wanted. Although I didnt drink any soda's or booze so atleast thats good. I did however eat tons of turkey and I ate leftovers today. :( I gotta get back on track ASAP. My big thing was I didnt want to gain over the holiday so I guess my next weigh in will tell if I sucessed. Hope the rest of you did better then I did.

Don't feel bad. I did the same thing. You will get back on track. I am doing "Take Off" yesterday and today, that forces me to get back into the swing of things. We all fall, and this is such a hard time of year, but we just pick ourselves up and keek going. :-)
