The first day was super rough. I believe it was more of a mental issue than anything. There are certain times of the day that I snack and when I didn't yesterday my brain kicked in and was telling me to snack. I made it though and am now on day two. We shall see how today goes. It's a birthday day for one of my coworkers and there is cake and doughnuts. It's sooooo tempting but I am trying to stay away to not be tempted. Trying to stay strong. :)
