End of week 3 and I lost another 7 pounds for a total of 27 pounds in 3 weeks. This week has been pretty hard, we had our Independence Day parade on Saturday and we had a huge BBQ after the parade. Wow was there a lot of good food there, it took my will power to the limits, but I stuck to my diet and had a grilled chicken breast and a salad. Over a 3 day stretch this week I spent 36 hours at a wild fire so I had very little time to workout, but I did manage to get a few hours in. I'm hoping this week is going to be a little slower and I can get some more time in the gym.
