So yesterday was the end of WEEK SIX. Wow! Already? I am officially down 11.5 lbs. I am really happy, but the weight loss has slowed to ounces per week instead of pounds. I am going to have to really work hard. I can't wait for warm weather to bike outside. That is my favorite type of exercise.
