Well, considering that I just got my monthly visitor, I consider 0.2 lb weight gain a success. I definitely went off plan for the weekend, but I drank a ton of water, which I think helped keep me down. I'm hoping for a loss come Saturday when I go in for my second weigh in this week. Its my birthday next Wednesday, so I have at least one more day off plan coming up... I'm going to try my best to not overeat, and drink very little alcohol!
