I have a new years resolution with one of my sisters, I am sort of competeing with her on the weight thing, it is nice that I am now at a size that I can "barrow" my ssisters clothes. But back to the resolution: we are going to spend saturdays outside, in natues getting some fresh air, rain or shine. I think I mentioned this somewhere else already. Last staurday we went and walked hte golf courese track, and then did some running around, it wasn't as outside as I would like, but my step-moms b-day dinner was that night so I had a time line.
This week end I will either get to go hike the multnomah falls or archery range and golf course, it depends on whether or not Cindy, my sister need to watch our nephews. If she does, archery range, which is still good, I want to learn to hunt, but I need to work on my aim. @ hours of range work and my shoulders will get a work out.
