New Workout Tomorrow, Tweaked of my Current.Supersets combining Upper and Lower body with heavy cardio focus on total body cardio like skipping,battle ropes and Thai Boxing
89 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
