Having struggle with hypoglycemia. My dietitian had said it's possibly some bouts of hyper metabolism. It's just s'a but scary! With the amount of protein I eat I shouldn't normally be having hypoglycemia

195 grams of protein 175-180 carbs 38 grams fat
