Yay it's Thursday. I feel good today. I had a great run this morning. 7 miles at a more tempo pace than slow and easy. Ate 3 boiled eggs for BF but that didn't satisfy me. I wish I could eat about 10 of them. I also wish I could drink 10 mt dews too. It would never be too much, desire wise. My weekend is working out well. Katie isn't coming home until Saturday so my Friday will be normal and then I'm going to take Katie to LaCocina for lunch on Saturday. It's not my choice of Saturday lunch but it's the least I can do since she won't be here very long. I'm going to ask my parents if they want to come also. That way everyone can get their visiting done. My Saturday plans are: run 10 miles, swim. Sunday not sure. Katie usually leaves early but I might swim again if time allows. It sounds like it might be too chilly for a bike ride this time. I'm bored at work. I don't have ANY work to do. It's going to be a long long day.
