Finely sliced, sprinkled with lemon juice and dried in the oven to make sweet treats for the whole of winter? Congrats on the harvest! 🍁🍂🐿

Not tried it in yogurt yet, but have it on porridge. Lots of crumbles, cakes and baked apple puddings!! Apple crisps drying in oven just now 😀

Cabbage and Apple braised in the oven is good too - not just red cabbage either but that's my preference.
