So as I was going to bed last night I felt myself getting fatter and fatter by the moment, I guess eating out over the holidays plus all of the holiday food could make a person feel that way!!!
I woke up this morning with a whole new look and approach, back on plan, still have weight to lose and I want to go into the new year with that in mind. So back on plan...drink lots of water and eat the healthy foods that my body is currently craving but yet lacking!!!!!
