Ok....I am at 129.2 and I am really going after 128 by Wednesday. I am eating ONLY tuna salad at night. No sweets after 3pm!
I am running 4 miles today and 3 tomorrow.
That should allow me to meet my goal for surgery day!
I am also drinking 64oz of cran water to rid my body of ecess water that I am SURE I am holding from PMS and all the crap eaten this week!
