Okay so last week was a 6/10 success, on Friday i returned home hungry and there was no food prepared so i ate a slice of pizza and walked to the butcher got a quarter of chicken breast, i ate it around 7:30 and that was it, not a good day for me as a weight loss warrior, o Saturday on the other hand i did pretty well, i went out to run errands and i was so tempted to buy a snack but i did not instead i went home t eat gizzards and arrow roots (am from Africa so yea so much supply of unprocessed fresh veg). On Sunday my cheat day i had pilau (mixture of meat and rice with plenty of spices, its an Indian/Asian dish popular in Africa too)i really enjoyed it.

Today Monday, am at work and there was no sweet potatoes, i was planning to fast, but i failed, i fasted half the day though. I had to take rice, veggies and lentils not the best for weight loss but it prevented me from consuming wheat made pancakes, am so proud of myself...This is my first active week after warm up week!, Today i will start my work out plus my squat challenge, i want to win the hardship this week week 2/52 very interesting!
