I am slowly climbing UP the calorie ladder..... All week higher and higher, until tonight the very highest at 1900 cals. This is my OLD way-NOT TO BE MY WAY IN 2008. Im printing up my diet calandar and keeping it in the kitchen as a reminder to climb down the ladder. This post is to keep me focused and from not being a "closet" eater - I'm getting it out there so I face the problem and go back to succeeding on SB.

You CAN regain control Susieq....being really focused on your goal and journaling are key - and, yes, brutal honesty with yourself...
